Fidel Urbina, the subject of a nationwide manhunt since 1999 in connection with two sexual assaults and murder, has been named to the Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. The former Chicago resident is wanted for allegedly beating and raping a woman in March 1998, and seven months later—while free on bond—for beating, raping, and strangling a second Chicago woman to death.
